Spaztic Moments

There are moments in my life
where for a a few minutes
i start to panic
and doubt all the choices i've ever made in my life.
like all the roads i've taken
have been dead ends.
like i chose the wrong major in school.
like i shouldve picked something outside of dance.
like i shouldve been somewhere else by now.
i feel my world start to crumble,
and i lose hope.
then outta the blue,
i find my way back on the road
and everything is right where its supposed to be.

last night i watched disney's earth.
and all the animals ever did was walk their whole lives.
getting from point a to point b
took months to get to.
they traveled with their pack,
through coldness
and starvation,
but they got to where they were going.

i will get there.
